		<description>I have some friends who are security guards at federal buildings, so they may not like me saying this, but being intimidating and getting people to toe the mark out of fear is part of what law enforcement is about.

They are wrong to lie and say that you cannot photograph something but they are within their rights to lie about it. Just like police are within their rights to lie and get you to confess to a crime that way. However, acting within your rights doesn't mean you are acting right.

So the federal security guards are acing legally and may not even know the law, but are doing what they are told to do. But that doesn't mean you should stop taking pictures!</description>
